History

One century of experience

With a history that goes back to 1906, the Yamatake Group (on October 1st, 2008 , the Yamatake Group is renamed the azbil Group) has over the last three decades built up a strong track record in Europe. Our gas combustion equipment and related products are well established in local markets. In 1989, we set up an office in Brussels so as to be able to offer an even higher level of service to our European customers. And then in 2001, against a backdrop of growing interest in the environment and a reappraisal of Europe's energy policies, Yamatake Europe NV made its debut. Drawing on almost a century of experience and achievement in measurement and control technologies, this new member of the Yamatake Group (on October 1st, 2008 , the Yamatake Group is renamed the azbil Group) is well prepared for the challenges of the 21st century.
